As most of the business is based on tenders, we inform our Principals of potential tender offers in advance and partake in them on their behalf.

We help with the purchase and submission of the tender. The tender itself has to be purchased by the Principal directly in most cases as the terms of the companies are such.

We interact with the public sector companies and do our best to get our Principals qualified as per the requirements of the company by providing all the necessary documentation and certification required with the help of our Principal.

We attend and manage the Pre-Bid and Price Bid openings on behalf of the Principal, keeping them updated at every step along the way.

We collect the queries and present them to the concerned company on behalf of the Principal and get the necessary clarifications.

On order being confirmed we take care of organising the kickoff meetings and expediting and keeping tabs on approval & payment follow up.

We organise all the local affairs for our Principals including local accommodation, transport, passes and permissions to visit the sensitive installations as well as local hookup with approved local contractors.

We can introduce new technologies & products on your behalf to the Oil, Gas & Power sectors in India.
